We also ship outside of Estonia and if your country is not on the list, please contact us at and we will add it if possible. From €99, free delivery in the Baltic countries (Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania). From €149 onwards, delivery to Finland is free, except for international parcels up to 20 kg.

Payment options

Orders can be paid with all Estonian bank links and invoices. All prices displayed in the online shop are in euros. The payment is made outside the e-shop environment in the secure payment environment of the bank or service provider. The e-shop does not have access to the customer's bank and credit card details. NB! To confirm your order, be sure to click on the "Back to merchant" button after payment. If you want to pay by invoice, select "pay by invoice", if you want to lease, select Esto hire purchase. After the payment has been confirmed, we will send a confirmation e-mail to your e-mail address. If you pay by invoice, you must pay by the date on the invoice, otherwise your order will be cancelled. The contract will enter into force once the money has been credited to the Biotrend e-shop bank account.

Ordering and returns

Orders that have been placed and for which the advance payment has been credited to Tradehouse's bank account before 13.00 on working days will be delivered to the Buyer on the next working day or according to the delivery time indicated on the product card. Delivery to the islands can take up to 3 working days. If a product happens to be out of stock or there are delivery problems, Customer Service will contact you and arrange a new delivery time.

Indeed, when you buy online, you can usually return products within 14 days. The right of return does not apply, under the law of obligations, to cosmetics and hygiene products (sealed products that are not returnable for health and hygiene reasons after opening).
