Skincare is more than just applying lotion. It helps us to feel good in our bodies and to support our skin and its processes in the best possible way. Our BODY CARE<\/strong> range caters for the needs of four different skin types, enveloping the skin in great smelling fragrances, characterised by its sustainability and special ingredients. Nine brand new products for normal and dry skin, plus additional products suitable for all skin types. You can also choose between different textures.<\/p>\n

\"\"ANNEMARIE B\u00d6RLIND’s<\/strong>new vegan BODY CARE<\/strong> skincare products allow skin to be intensively nourished with nature’s treasures, such as precious plant oils, aloe and tarragon lily, which provide the body with balancing hydration. To meet the needs of individual skin types, Annemarie B\u00f6rlind has developed nine products for four different skin types with four different scents and textures.<\/p>\n

FOR NORMAL SKIN<\/strong>
Revitalising shower gel and body cream suitable for normal skin. This care duo envelops the skin in a fresh fruity fragrance. The shower gel gently cleanses the skin and prevents it from drying out. The body cream leaves skin velvety smooth and feeling fresh.<\/p>\n

Main active ingredients:
– Organic tarragon nectar contributes to the skin’s natural protection against free radicals. The skin is energised by its antioxidant and moisturising properties.
– Organic Lime bud extract firms the skin.<\/p>\n

\"\"NORMAL TO MODERATELY DRY SKIN<\/strong>
If your skin is a little dry after a shower, shower foam and body butter are just the thing for you. These two products provide intense moisture and smell like a walk by the sea.<\/p>\n

Main active ingredients:
– Botanical hyaluronic acid from Treemor mushroom extract provides moisture.
– Veta extract revitalises and nourishes the skin.<\/p>\n

DRY AND VERY DRY SKIN<\/strong>
Body Oil and Shower Cream pampers dry to very dry skin with precious plant oils and leaves skin supple. A sensual oriental fragrance to calm the senses.<\/p>\n

Main active ingredients:
– Organic jojoba oil, organic argan oil and macadamia nut oil nourish dry skin, leaving it smooth and supple.<\/p>\n

\"\"PRODUCTS FOR ALL SKIN TYPES<\/strong>
The two deodorants provide reliable protection and leave a naturally refreshing sensation. In addition, they are also free of aluminium salts and suitable for all skin types. Organic bamboo extract is rich in balancing minerals and trace elements. Organic aloe vera intensively moisturises and soothes the skin after shaving.<\/p>\n

The refreshing body scrub gently removes dead skin cells, frees and stimulates circulation, without microplastics. Skin looks instantly fresher and feels soft. Organic aloe moisturises and soothes the skin. Organic bamboo extract is rich in balancing minerals and trace elements.<\/p>\n

INGREDIENTS FROM NATURE<\/strong>
Annemarie B\u00f6rlind’s deep spring water is uncontaminated and very soft. It creates the ideal base for our cosmetic products and is part of all our body care products.<\/p>\n

Ingredients sourced from Annemarie B\u00f6rlind’s socio-ecological projects come from countries such as southern France, Namibia and Guatemala.<\/p>\n

\"\"Pumpkin lily nectar from the South of France<\/strong>
Organic tarragon nectar is from Provence in southern France. Herv\u00e9 Mermin is the world’s only tarragon lily grower. Therefore, the raw material is very rare and only available in small quantities. Daffodil nectar is an exceptional raw material, as it can only be harvested a few weeks a year and only in the early hours of the morning.<\/p>\n

Jojoba oil from Namibia<\/strong>
From 2017. Since 2007, Annemarie B\u00f6rlind has been an official partner of the “Jojoba for Namibia” project. The founder, Oliver Rust, has set himself the goal of securing a regular and fair income for the people of the Namib Desert, and thereby providing a good living and education for his children. Around 60 people are being supported through an aid programme in the Namib Desert. The jojoba oil used in BODY-CARE products meets organic requirements and is EcoCert certified.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/strong>Aaloe from Guatemala<\/strong>
The aloe that Annemarie B\u00f6rlind uses in her body care products is grown in Guatemala. Annemarie B\u00f6rlind’s partner CAC (Concentrated Aloe Corporation) works with 14 local farmers. Processing in Guastatoyas will not only ensure that farmers buy their own hay but will also create 250 new jobs. Supplier also stands for fair trade and a responsible supply chain. The purity of the aloe is certified by the IASC (International Aloe Science Council) and confirms its organic quality, which is also confirmed by the EcoCert certificate.<\/p>\n

Algae from the Brittany region<\/strong>
Annemarie B\u00f6rlind has been using ethers in her products since 1988. onwards. Most of the algae come from the Finist\u00e8re region in northern Brittany. It is home to one of the largest algae sanctuaries in Europe, which is also a UNESCO-recognised biosphere reserve. The traditional occupation of seaweed fisherman, the go\u00e9monier, is still practised in the area. They harvest around 70 000 tonnes of algae a year. One kilogram of algae contains amino acids, mineral salts and trace elements from about 100 000 litres of seawater. By sourcing algae from Brittany, Annemarie B\u00f6rlind contributes to the preservation of landscape and ecosystem functions.<\/p>\n

\"\"SUSTAINABILITY<\/strong>
Our new BODY CARE range focuses on sustainability. But what exactly does this mean? Product packaging and labels do not use plastics made from crude oil, but from renewable raw materials such as sugar cane, so-called green plastics. Annemarie B\u00f6rlind’s climate-friendly packaging is FSC-certified. Additional information is printed on the inside of the box and eco-friendly labels made from sugar cane are used.<\/p>\n

You can also see that sustainability is at the heart of the new body care range with the logo “I am Green”. It comes from a Brazilian sugar cane producer. This ensures that independent institutes have verified the proportion of renewable raw materials in the packaging material.
